In FY 92, we must carry out the R&D on the hodoscope system (at a cost of 20
k$) and prepare 
of the scintillators and photomultiplier tubes.
We also plan to construct 1/3 of the high voltage system and prepare 1/3 of the
cables. A calibration system as well as mounting and support hardware will
also be constructed. Some electronics will also need to be purchased to carry
out tests of the system components. These could, perhaps be obtained from BNL
HEEP but are listed here as part of the WNSL group budget. These electronics
will be brought to BNL and used in the experiment. A summary is given in Table
.

In FY 93, the remaining 1/3 of the scintillators and 2/3 of the high voltage
system will be built. The balance (2/3) of the cables will be obtained. A
breakdown is given in Table .
